With more than a million people nationwide practicing football, it is a valuable resource. Trainers often spot financial worries on the pitch (think of damaged shoes or clothes) and treasurers see dues deposits. However, they often do not know how to act in these situations. By offering them tools for this from the Niemand Buitenspel programme, the club also dares to lend a helping hand sooner. The added value for clubs lies in the fact that many people want to play sports but do not have the financial means to do so. By making better use of the available arrangements (for membership fees but also for other arrangements), people can participate again / more easily and it can partly be prevented that club members deregister due to financial concerns.
